AM - Bike : Bike commute to MASA and Office
AM - Swim: 1.30 hrs, 2,000m
Friday
AM - Bike: 1.20hrs Spinning / 10 mins HArd
AM - Run: right after bike..for 20mins.
AM - Bike: to Work
Saturday
AM - Bike: 20 mins to The Fort and MASA
AM - Run: 30mins Easy
AM - Swim, 1.15hrs
Sunday
AM - Bike: LONG Bike, 4 hrs (boso-boso ride)
PM - Swim: 1,3 hrs (Recovery)
TOTAL HRS FOR THE WEEk : 24 HRS and 25mins
